Kolkata, 20 May : At least five persons including a child and a woman were injured when a privatebus collided with a truck on GT Road near Shyamabazar. The accident took place at around 10:30 a.m. According to the passengers the bus. But suddenly near Shyambazar the driver could not control the bus and collided with a bus coming from the opposite direction. Local people rushed to the spot and rescued the passengers. Police reached the spot quickly and controlled the whole situation. The injured persons were taken to the R.G. Kar hospital. They were released after first aid. Due to the collision traffic got disrupted but normalcy was restored within an hour.
